To ensure a fair and enjoyable competition, please review the following rules and guidelines carefully before submitting your film:
The competition is open to all filmmakers , with two divisions based on age: Youth (17 and under) and Adults (18 and older). Each participant may submit only one film. However, individuals may assist others with their projects as long as each film is submitted under a different name.
Up to 15 minutes.
All genres and styles are welcome. We encourage creative storytelling and filmmaking. While there are no specific content restrictions, we expect submissions to be respectful and suitable for a general audience.
All films must be submitted in either MP4 or MOV format to ensure compatibility with our screening equipment.
All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on October 1st 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Films will be judged by a panel based on storytelling, creativity, technical quality, and overall impact. Prizes will be awarded to the first-place winner in each division.
The winning films from each division will receive $100 cash prize.
In addition we will have a special Audience Choice Award, where attendees can vote for their favorite film during the screening event. Prize TBD.
The selected films will be screened at a public event on Saturday October 12th 2024 in Blanding Utah. The venue and exact time will be announced as soon as we finalize a location.
